First Farmers Market of the Season
We bought some dyed wool so we can make felted wool balls.
Ethan got a henna tattoo from our friend Adam at the market. He decided he wanted a ladybug.
After it dried
Ethan has been carrying his baby around, nurturing it, giving it milk and rocking it. For the last couple of days the baby has been going everywhere we go, in his shirt. He says the baby hasn't been born yet. He even slept with it up his shirt last night.
Ethan wearing his Huck Finn pants that I sewed from a pattern in Heather Ross' Weekend Sewing. They only took a couple of hours but are a bit big in the waist and there isn't much I can do but re-do the waist altogether. They were made from a pair of Justin's old Carharts. Tightening the waist would make too much bulk. I plan to make some lighter cotton summer pants from this easy pattern. I think they'll turn out better.

I love that he is so nurturing to his baby! What a cool kid. (He's obviously had some pretty good examples!)
